We are proud of our Crypton collection and want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your Crypton product, then we will gladly provide a merchandise exchange or refund for many of our products within 30 days of receipt. See below for product specific return policies. If you have determined that your product is returnable, then simply fill out the form towards the bottom of this page.
Orders are typically delivered within 10 weeks following receipt of the order. All furniture ships for FREE! Crypton Super Furniture provides white glove delivery service within the Continental U.S.
- Transportation to the desired location, including fuel costs.
- In-home delivery, including:
- up to 2 flights of stairs
- unpack of items
- removal of debris
Delivery services are available Monday – Friday only. Services required to deliver, outside of the services listed above, may incur additional delivery costs. Changes and/or cancellation in delivery will be charged an additional fee of $25.
So what really happens?
Furniture takes approximately 6-7 weeks to produce and 15 business days to ship and deliver to your home, for a total of approximately 10 weeks. After the production period, the carrier will pick up your furniture in NC and transfer it to a local delivery warehouse. At the point of pick up, the carrier will email you, notifying the customer of it’s movement. Approximately 15 business days later, when your furniture arrives at the local delivery carrier, the carrier will send an email offering potential delivery windows from which you can choose. If they do not receive a response within 24 hours, they will contact the customer via phone to set up a window. Once the time window is agreed upon, your furniture will be white glove delivered by a team of professional furniture installers in your home.
At Crypton, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. Our furniture is fully manufactured in the U.S. with great attention to design, materials and construction. All furniture ordered is made to your specific needs and is, therefore, considered a Special Order. Special Orders are not returnable or exchangeable. Every item in our collection is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. While we’d love to promise a seamless delivery, we cannot control all factors in the shipping process.
It is imperative that you fully inspect the items ordered upon receipt of your purchase. In the event that damage occurs in transit, or if you discover any defect in manufacture, please note it on the delivery receipt while the driver is present. In this unfortunate event, you have the right to reject delivery or we will work with our team of upholsterers and refinishes around the nation to repair any issues. Any issue noticed after the delivery, should be submitted to Crypton in writing with photographs to support the claim within 3 days of delivery to email@example.com and cannot be guaranteed that it will be Crypton’s responsibility. For furniture orders only, if an order is canceled within 5 business days of placing the order, a refund will be issued in the original form of tender. Pet Beds, Throvers, & Fabric by the Yard Return Policy
We make all of our pet beds to order, just for you. Fabric by the yard purchases are also cut to order based on your specifications. As a result, barring any shipping damage or manufacturer defect, we are unable to accept returns on pet beds or fabric by the yard.
Additionally, we maintain the highest health and safety codes, and standard health regulations preclude us from accepting returns or exchanges of pet beds and Throvers.
Should you discover a manufacturer defect or that damage has occurred during shipping, you may return the damaged merchandise through the mail for refund or replacement by filling out the form at the bottom of the page. Please note the return address in the right-hand column.
